How often do you use a face mask? Never? A couple of times a week? Learn to utilize the right face mask whenever you want to treat yourself. There are a variety of face masks out there but the key is knows what to use and when. Be mindful of your skin. Keep your skin clean, fresh and looking young when you create good habits. Anytime you remove things from your face, it’s important to take the time to put good things back. Keep in mind the saying, “If you peel it, you must heal it”. Not that I am telling you to go get a horrid peel face mask you are seeing all over social media, no way! I am telling you that when you use an elimination mask of any kind, you MUST use either a moisture mask OR moisturizer to replenish your skin.
